Summary

Assist in the recording and updating of complaints and enquiries

As an Administrative/Text Processing Support Officer you will ensure a professional and efficient service is delivered to members of the Professional Standards Department, members of the public and outside agencies.

Working within the Complaints section you will assist in the preparation of files, forms and documentation relating to complaints and associated matters.

What you’ll be doing
-Monitor the Admin inbox and workflows on a daily basis to deal with various enquiries and tasks.
-Send out update/holding/outcome of enquiries letters to complainants where necessary.
-Obtain information for incident prints, Custody records and CCTV when required.

The must haves
-Educated to GCSE English Language Grade C/Level 4 (or equivalent) or have previous experience of receiving and actioning written communications.
-Recent typing/word processing experience.
-Knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

This is a part time, permanent position located at Denby. For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
