Summary

Weve been part of the Inverness community for over 20 years. Our firm in the north is growing and we want you to be part of our future. We are looking for a receptionist to provide front of house and administrative support to our Inverness practice

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Handling incoming calls & enquiries
  • General administration
  • Meeting room co-ordination
  • Managing on-site events and hospitality
  • Courier management
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Banking cheques

Previous experience, whilst an advantage, is not essential as training can be provided.
