Job Type: Permanent
Daniel Owen are seeking a Domestic Gas Surveyor to join a reputable contractor based in South London to work across 2 of their social housing contracts.
Domestic Gas Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough surveys for domestic gas heating systems
- Assess boiler replacement requirements and heating upgrades
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports, including material and labour requirements
- Ensure compliance with current regulations
Domestic Gas Surveyor Requirements:
- Relevant ACS qualifications
- Proven experience in domestic gas surveying or a similar role
- Strong understanding of domestic heating systems and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving License
