Summary
Your new company
A social housing provider in Sheffield is looking for an Estate Assistant/Caretaker to join their team on a long term temp/temp to perm basis.
Mon-Friday, 8:30-4:30, 37 hours per week.
Driving license required
Desirable but non-essential qualifications:
Horticulture qualification
PA1/PA6 Spraying tickets
NPTC tickets
Job details:
Grounds maintenance & cleaning work mainly on communal areas for social housing estates and blocks of flats.
Must be comfortable working in a public facing role and handling queries from tenants on site.
Strong understanding of health & safety.
Use of a variety of grounds maintenance tools and equipment
