Recruitment Specialist 360 responsibilities:

- Find and attract talent for open positions while also building your network of clients through business development calls and meetings. You will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

- Developing new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients

- Meeting sales and revenue targets set by your manager

- Finding and following up on leads

- Providing top-level service to your candidates and client

- Negotiating terms and fees

- Understanding the needs of clients to qualify roles

- Pre-screening candidates and helping with their interview preparation

- Managing every stage of the recruitment process

Recruitment Specialist 360 skills:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong rapport with both clients and candidates, fostering trust and collaboration.

- Proficient networking and relationship-building abilities that help you expand your professional connections and create lasting partnerships.

- Exceptional organisational skills that allow you to effectively manage multiple recruitment assignments at once, ensuring timely and efficient results.

- High adaptability and resilience to excel in a fast-paced recruitment landscape, embracing change and overcoming challenges with confidence.

- Hold a full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle for client and site visits
