Summary
We are looking for full-time permanent Onsite Co-Ordinator to join us in Coventry, CV6 4BX for our client.
Payrate and shifts as Onsite Co-Ordinator:
- Your pay will be £26,300 per annum
- Flexible Hours on days - May be required to work 06:00am until 14:00pm; or 14:00pm until 22:00pm or 08:00am until 16:00pm depending on site activity.
- Weekend coverage may be needed at times as well.
- You will require to work 40 hours per week.
Your Role as an Onsite Co-Ordinator:
As an Onsite coordinator for Challenge-trg, it is expected that you will provide support to stakeholders and react to external customers' requirements. You will be required to support the Operations teams to deliver and achieve Service Level Agreements. Working to specific Performance Indicators, you are responsible for managing the Challenge-trg employees, overseeing the sourcing and on-site management of candidates against requirements whilst building professional and credible relationships with our clients, candidates and internal stakeholders. To assist and support the administrative function where necessary and required.
Our Ideal candidate:
- Ability to interact and communicate (both written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels projecting a positive demeanour at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft platform
- Ability to manage heavy workload and prioritise accordingly and escalate any perceived problems to management
- Ability to seek support from other parts of the business where required, demonstrate innovation and excellent problem solving.
- Ability to deliver best in class customer service at all times to all stakeholders
