Summary


We seek a talented and experienced Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across digital and print media, aligning with brand identity and client objectives. This role is critical to delivering creative projects that communicate messages effectively and innovatively.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and create visual designs for digital platforms (e.g., websites, social media, apps) and traditional media (e.g., brochures, posters, packaging).
Develop and produce multimedia assets including animations, video graphics, motion design, and interactive content.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and web development teams to create compelling campaigns and user experiences.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and refine based on feedback.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across media.
Use specialist software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven commercial experience in a similar role (typically 2+ years).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and multimedia tools.
Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into creative outputs.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Desirable (but not essential):
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or UI/UX design principles.
Experience with 3D modelling or animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content.
