Staff Nurse – Days
Hourly Rate: £22.50
36 hours per week
Our client is on the look for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their nursing home team for day shifts. The ideal candidate should be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with previous experience in a similar role.
What We’re Looking For
- RGN or RMN qualification
- Valid nursing licence and registration with the appropriate nursing council
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Administering medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitoring and recording resident progress and vital signs
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to create individualised care plans
- Communicating effectively with residents and their families, providing education and support
