Summary
A proportion of the available PAs will form part of a rotational post, working between the acute hospital and Mountbatten Hampshire. The details of this post will be agreed with the successful candidate(s) and the existing medical team after recruitment. This post has opportunity for development and the role can be adapted line with the strengths and attributes of the candidate to include: - Provision of specialist supportive, palliative, and end of life care to inpatients and outpatients at the Trust - Provision of specialist palliative care to inpatients and community patients at Mountbatten Hampshire (MH) rotational PAs to be agreed - Participation in service development and delivery of quality outcomes - Delivery of education and training to Specialty and GP Registrars in Wessex Deanery - Opportunity to contribute to UHS Palliative and End of life care education and research agenda - Opportunity to contribute to Mountbatten Education and Research agenda ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Individuals wishing to apply must be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).The successful candidate will be employed under the terms and conditions of service for Consultants (England) 2003.
