We’re looking for a Commissioning Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Norwich—a pivotal role leading complex commissioning projects from planning to operational readiness.
About the Role:
As Commissioning Operations Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end commissioning for a variety of high-impact projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, align technical processes with industry standards, and ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and ready to perform.
ï¸ Key Responsibilities:
Lead commissioning across multiple projects ensuring seamless delivery and integration
Create and execute commissioning strategies, plans, and documentation
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align goals
Manage risks, resources, and timelines with precision
Provide expert technical support to teams throughout the commissioning lifecycle
Report project performance and progress to senior leadership
Champion continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes

Proven track record in commissioning management within the care sector
Strong leadership and project delivery skills
In-depth understanding of commissioning protocols and safety regulations
Comfortable using project management tools and software
Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
Relevant degree or certification in Engineering, Project Management, or similar
Full UK drivers licence and access to your own vehicle
