About the Role

We are currently looking for confident, highly motivated, customer focused individual to meet the needs of our services.

You will report to the Duty Officer / Senior Leisure Attendant daily.

You will always employ a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm.

You may be based predominately at one location; however, you may be required to work at any of Falkirk Council Leisure Locations should the need arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your main duties will be the supervision of all areas and users, equipment provision, facility cleanliness and a high standard of customer care.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current STA or RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification (essential).
  • A current First Aid Qualification & Previous Experience would be desirable.

Additional Requirements

  • If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
