Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our team in Eastleigh. Whether you have experience or are new to care, We'll provide comprehensive training, guidance, and support to help you achieve your full potential—including completing your Care Certificate and further qualifications.

The individuals we support have vibrant personalities and love a variety of activities! From shopping and dining out to cinema trips, theatre visits, and exciting holidays or day trips, you'll be supporting them to enjoy life to the fullest.

Shifts are flexible: 7.30-2030 or 1030-1700 and will include weekends and school holidays.

The role will involve:

- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

- Some aspects of Personal care

- Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry

- Supporting with medication

- Taking them out into the community and encouraging them to be involved in the activities they enjoy
