Are you looking for a role where every day is different?

Do you love trains, coffee, and Disney? We're looking for a Support Worker to help a gentleman in his 30s live independently, someone who can gently encourage him to step outside his comfort zone while respecting his choices.

A Day in the Life

Your role is all about supporting independence and making life fun! He enjoys trains, coffee shops, model railways, and trips to York Railway Museum, theme parks, zoos, and the theatre. He's also a big fan of YouTube, Disney, and TV shows like The Masked Singer.

While some days he's excited for plans, others require a little patience. Your support will help him navigate his day with confidence. Encouragement, creativity, and understanding are key to helping him with daily routines, from personal care and household chores to meal preparation.
