Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as required.
Monitor and record client health information, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients and their families.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A genuine passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
