St David’s Hospice is a local charity providing specialist care for adults with life-limiting illnesses or in need of end-of-life care, as well as support for their families. Each year, we impact the lives of over 1,000 people across Conwy, Gwynedd, and Anglesey.

Our services include 24/7 care, Day Therapy Centres offering patient care and bereavement support, and Inpatient Units in Llandudno and Holyhead providing symptom control, respite, and end-of-life care.

Description: Are you passionate about making a difference and have an eye for unique items? Join the team at St David’s Hospice and help us raise vital funds to support local people through specialist end-of-life care.

We are looking for someone who will:
Deliver excellent customer service
Support retail shops with suitable donations
Maximise income from donated goods through online sales & distribution to our retail shops
Identify and list high-value items on eCommerce platforms
Support day-to-day operations at the hub
Maintain accurate admin and stay informed on market trends
Have excellent team working skills, whilst also having the ability to work independently
Be enthusiastic and friendly

To do the role you'll need:
Experience / knowledge of organising & managing stock
Experience with online selling (eBay, Vinted, etc.)
Experience or training in researching and pricing antiques or collectables
Confidence using IT systems and data
Strong organisational and teamwork abilities
A passion for purpose-driven work
A full driving license
Empathy for the Hospice, and alignment with the charity’s values.
