Summary
The post holder will have a strong commitment to the organisation and delivery of postgraduate training and will be actively involved in the training and supervision of foundation year doctors. The post holder will also teach small groups of medical students in the clinical setting during their Urology attachments. Although the research will not be part of a higher degree, the research should lead to publications in peer reviewed journals and presentations at local, regional and national meetings. A pay banding supplement is payable for participation in the on-call rota at middle grade level. The rota currently is 1 in 8.
