Summary
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities Assess, investigate, diagnose, plan and implement complete package of care forpatients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions Provide opportunistic health promotion and education for clients within the service Using Patient Group Directions and acting in accordance with NMC Code of Professional Practice or appropriate professional body guidelines, issue medications asrequired for patients attending the Minor Injuries Service. As a team member, provide support to the Lead Practitioner to enhance clinicalpractice and person/patient-centered care. To provide evidence based self-care advice and treatment to patients.
