Summary
As a Clinical Healthcare Support Worker in the ENT Outpatient department, you will be expected to: Work both autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the smooth running and service delivery within the department. Work alongside Nurses, Doctors, Consultants and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure our patients' recieve high standards of care. Be able to navigate our IT systems, both TrakCare and EPR. Ensure that equipment is cleaned appropriately, according to Trust guidelines. Demonstrate good verbal and non-verbal communication skills, especially as some of our patients will have communication difficulties.
