We’re seeking an Environment Advisor to help drive Churchill Group’s environmental ambitions forward. This role offers the opportunity to support meaningful change across the business, build relationships with clients and supply chain partners around sustainability, and manage environmental data streams to support performance and compliance.

As Environment Advisor you’ll be:
- Supporting the Head of Environment in delivering Churchill’s environmental strategy, including our net zero by 2040 ambition
- Working with clients to communicate and deliver on shared environmental goals, including developing bespoke reporting
- Helping to deliver group-wide environmental initiatives and innovation projects
- Managing and improving environmental data collection and reporting
- Supporting the maintenance of our ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications and driving continuous improvement
As Environment Advisor you’ll have:
- A genuine interest in environmental topics and sustainability
- Awareness of UK environmental legislation and principles
- A creative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to inspire and engage others
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to support change at all levels
- Flexibility to travel in the UK as required
- Ideally qualified in an environmental discipline and/or IEMA membership
- Some experience in an environmentally focused role (but we welcome different paths into the profession)
