Summary
The successful candidate will:
Provide excellent pastoral support to pupils and their families.
Work with teaching staff to address the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
Support parents/carers and signpost them to relevant agencies.
Have experience of working with multiple support agencies.
Have good listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, staff and a range of other professionals.
Work effectively in a team and to work with individuals, other school and organisations.
Promote good attendance and support vulnerable families
Be committed to your own professional learning
Have experience of working as a designated safeguarding lead in school or willing to work towards the role.
