Salary: £26,414 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (09:00–17:30)*
Training: One week of training is required in Barnsley, South Yorkshire (ACCOMMODATION AND EXPENSES COVERED)
*Flexible start times may be required to meet customer delivery needs
About the Role - Warehouse Delivery Driver. Glasgow
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team at Countrywide (part of PHS) in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable, long-term position with a growing and supportive company.
The role involves carrying out multi-drop deliveries throughout the UK and supporting warehouse operations when driving duties are not required. We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van (with or without a tail lift) to transport goods across the UK
- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules
- Provide excellent service when interacting with customers
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Support the warehouse team with picking, packing, and loading duties
Requirements -Warehouse Delivery Driver. Glasgow
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in multi-drop delivery driving
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of UK roadways and driving regulations
