Job Title:
Shop Based Trainee Panel Builder/Wire person based at Elland (near Halifax)
Responsibilities and Duties:
A vacancy has arisen within Calder Temperature Controls providing a fantastic opportunity for a determined, professional individual.
The role requires a trainee control panel wire person, we will provide all required training that will eventually lead to the candidate being capable of working within our professional team, the training will lead to the candidate being able to work from control panel wiring diagrams, able to plan backplate layouts, measure, cut & fix din rail/trunking, populate the backplate with components, wire, number, ferrule and connect in a neat manor, also fix engraved labels to door, punch and cut/drill holes for lamps and switches etc. This role would particularly suite a candidate who are practical and comfortable working with their hands.

Would suite a school leaver, but we always consider all applications. No formal qualifications are required, but someone enthusiastic and willing to learn will be an advantage.
