We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure top-notch customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage team scheduling and rota development
Conduct training sessions for front and back-of-house staff
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 4 certification required)
Supervise purchasing, inventory, and cost control
Work closely with the kitchen to maintain quality and consistency
Foster a positive and productive team environment
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of management experience in hospitality, ideally within a café or brunch-style concept
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent understanding of food safety regulations
Capable of multitasking and making sound decisions under pressure
