Summary
NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies is a dynamic talking therapies service that strives for balance between meeting locally commissioned targets, clinical effectiveness, and patient-centred care. The Trainee PWP role is designed for support workers, care workers, triage assessors and other helping roles to prepare them for employment as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. You will need experience of working with people and adults with mental health problems or difficulties. Applicants should have a good understanding of talking therapies and the role of a PWP.
