Summary

NMC REGISTERED NURSE (MUST HAVE UK NMC PIN)

Rate of pay: £22 - £23 PER HOUR.

Hours available: Part Time - Days - 22 Hours per week

You’ll need excellent clinical knowledge, full qualification and UK NMC registration.

We need nurses who genuinely care. you will be naturally caring, passionate about looking after people, eager to make sure their needs are met and focused on making sure they are happy? Nurses are a key part of a clinical team.good teamwork is a must, and we’ll also be looking to you to lead, motivate and mentor a team, which means being a people person is also key.

Reporting to a manager, your overall responsibilities will centre on ensuring a consistently high level of care for residents, while always following the NMC code of conduct, as well as operating within CHD Living’s policies and procedures.

What does it involve day-to-day?

Delivering person-centred clinical care, and dementia care.
Assessment, implementation and maintenance of individual care plans for residents
Keeping up to date accurate care records, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Liaising with relatives, GPs and other professionals.
Completing referrals to external services
Ordering, storing and administering medicines
Undertaking assessments to ensure that care is resident-focused and that the residents’ dignity and privacy are maintained at all times.
Professional Qualification

Degree in Nursing or recognised nursing qualification
Registration with the NMC
Maintaining and following NMC re-validation process.
