The Role

Eastlight has an exciting new opportunity for a Lettings Advisor to join our Housing Services team on a fixed-term, full-time basis!

As a Lettings Advisor you will work alongside customers and colleagues to drive continuous improvement in Eastlight's housing services.

Your duties will include offering efficient customer support, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through tenancy-related issues, ensuring a high standard of service and support throughout their time as an Eastlight resident.

In addition, you will oversee tenancy allocations, conduct interviews, property visits, and phone conversations, and assist customers with the Choice Based Lettings programme.

We are seeking a passionate candidate who has experience providing excellent customer service, proven communication skills and solving problems creatively.

Existing knowledge of the housing sector and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite are essential for this position.

Please note this role requires the ability to reliably travel across Eastlight's housing stock.

  • £32,058 per annum (pro rata)
  • 6 Months Fixed-Term Contract, Full-time (37h p/w)
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
