Finance Manager/Management Accountant (Designate)

Welcome to Crystal Clear. We provide a niche product in the home improvement sector. A recently formed company, with years of experience in all aspects of the industry, is seeking a proficient and commercially aware Management Accountant to provide financial support, insight and to contribute towards the efficient running of both the finance department and the business.

The post holder will be responsible for the company management information, they will need to develop and implement financial systems and processes to ensure that the day-to-day company finance needs are met, senior management are provided with relevant and timely information and the company operates efficiently and cost effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management.
Methodical and diligent with a willingness to work toward and manage tight deadlines.
Have a can-do attitude and work well within a team.
Education and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Industry, and suitable exposure to financial and management information, preferably in a B2C.
Preferably part qualified CIMA/ACCA, or suitably qualified by experience.
Experience of working with Xero would be an advantage, but not essential..
Manage and schedule all outgoings.
Oversee and control the collection of all customer receipts, ensure accurate bankings and reconciliation to VAT records.
Prepare accurate and regular cashflow reports.
Reports: assist with daily, weekly and monthly management-based reports.
Liaise and assist with preparation of weekly sub-contractor commissions.
Develop the annual budget and supporting schedules.
The company works 8-6 Monday to Fridays, and the candidate will be based at the Bradford office.
