Summary
Service Sales BDM - Fire Alarms - London area
Chance to sell and also to progress to Manage others if you have sold Maintenance contracts and do service sales for a Fire alarm company!
Requirements - for Service Sales BDM// Business Development Manager/ New business Sales (Not Fire alarm System Sales)
• Have you generate service sales for a Fire alarm maintenance company (FIA/ BAFE)
• Residential or Commercial wins/ customers (Flats/ Accommodation, etc?)
• Commutable when needed to London (home based/ WFH fine)?
ROLE - for Service Sales BDM// Business Development Manager/ New business Sales (Not Fire alarm System Sales)
• Sales role - Hunting and Business Development - tenders, Quoting and gaining sales for FIA/ BAFE/ BS5839 company
• Selling of - Fire Alarm Service contracts and maintenance contracts (can sell AOV, Sprinkler, Portable, Extinguishers/ FRA's too)
• Sales to - Residential and Commercial usually so - Managing Agents, Build To Rent, Housing, Facilities/ Property Managers
• Sale size - £1k - £4k orders usual, but fine with larger
• Location - WFH but Commutable to South East London and Central customers
• Assistance - Leads and Database are there to develop sales from (as well as your own contacts or new business efforts)
• Benefits - £45k- £55k + Commission eg. £12k-20k on top and Car payment or Travel + full permanent benefits
