As Product Marketing Lead you will play a critical role supporting the development and delivery of product marketing initiatives that drive business growth. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management teams, the role ensures effective product positioning, supports product launches, and contributes to promotional activities aligned with the wider commercial objectives, while assisting in the professional development of the product marketing function.
You will be responsible for the professional growth and mentorship of the Product Marketing Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, developing capabilities, and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the planning and delivery of product launch campaigns in collaboration
with marketing, sales, and R&D teams.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product messaging and positioning
strategies.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials including
product brochures, animations, sample boards, and installation guides.
- Support the coordination of market research activities to inform product
development and go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with the MARCOMS team to ensure product messaging aligns with
broader company communications.
- Coordinate timelines and project tasks for product marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update product information across digital platforms, ensuring
accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns.
- Provide support for internal and external product-focused events and exhibitions.
- Assist with the delivery of internal communications relating to new products and
product updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and tactics.
- Mentor and support the Product Marketing Team, providing regular feedback,
identifying development opportunities, and encouraging knowledge-sharing and
innovation.
- Lead regular team meetings and 1:1s to ensure alignment, clear communication, and professional development.
Who we're looking for:
We ask that you have proven experience in product marketing and delivering successful product launches, ideally from within technical B2B sectors. You will have strong project management and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and working well under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Cloud, and digital tools. Experience in market research and analysis, is also important.
