Daisy Chain Care Team provide care and support to people living in their own homes in Stevenage, Knebworth, Woolmer Green and Welwyn.
We are a small and friendly Care Agency. Our Team are hardworking, kind, trustworthy and are dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the people we visit. We are looking for someone who has the same qualities and ethics to work alongside our great Team.

What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:30 Hours Per Week - Shifts between: 07:00 - 22:00
The Care you will be providing include tasks such as;
• Assisting the people we visit with all aspect of their personal care.
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns.
• Communicating with your team, manager, the people you visit, families, friends and other Health and Social care professionals.
• Administrating medications.
• Assisting with meals and drinks.
• Escorting the people we visit to appointments.
• Social support.
• Sitting services.
• Pet care.
• Shopping support.
• Escorting the people we visit on trips out.
Am I the right person for this Support Worker job?
We are seeking:
• A kind, hard working, compassionate and caring person, who will be dedicated to providing high standards of care to the people we visit.
• You must have excellent communication skills, have a good understanding and knowledge of English.
• You must have the ability to establish and maintain effective, working relationships.
• Reliability is essential. We are a small team and it is important to be reliable in order to upkeep the high standards of care and support your team.
• You must ensure that all people feel safe, protected and that dignity is maintained at all times and have a good understanding of confidentiality.
• Be able to remain calm, positive and to work under pressure with professionalism and a smile!
• It is essential that you hold a full, current UK driving licence.
