Summary
PPT driver – Chesterfield
Pay:
£12.50 per hour
Rotating Shifts:
• 6:00am to 2:00pm
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• 10:00pm to 6:00am
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable PPT driver to join our dynamic team! If you have experience operating powered pallet trucks (PPT) and are looking for a role offering consistent shift patterns and competitive pay, we would love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
• Operate a powered pallet truck (PPT) to transport goods within the warehouse or designated areas
• Load and unload goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
• Follow safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and others
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as scanning, labelling, and order preparation
• Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to meet operational goals
Requirements:
• An in-date and accredited PPT licence
• Previous experience operating PPTs in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work across different shifts as per business requirements
