What will I be doing?
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the great people that work at System C. You will have a varied role that includes supporting learning and development programmes, ensuring the integrity of the data stored within our HRIS and responding to HR-related Jira tickets raised by colleagues. A key part of this role will be handling position management as well as ensuring that the HR content accessible to the company on SharePoint is current and relevant. Helping with the management of our significant contingent worker pool will also be a common theme in this position. The HR Operations Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to have a positive effect on the work lives of colleagues across System C.
What are we looking for?
To be a successful HR Operations Specialist you should have:
- Previous experience of working with Workday as an HRIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Exposure to being in a similar HR Operations role
- The ability to blend a professional and personable approach
- An understanding of GDPR and other key legislation
- A willingness to take ownership of tasks and use your initiative
