The Role: As Assistant IT Manager, you will support the strategic management, development, and maintenance of our IT systems. This includes:

• Managing network and server infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
• Overseeing IT compliance and security measures to protect school data.
• Providing technical support and training to staff and students.
• Maintaining hardware, software, and IT assets across the school.
• Ensuring smooth operation of Wi-Fi, CCTV, printing, and telephony systems.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of staff regarding IT access. The Successful

Candidate Will:

• Have experience in network and server management, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to IT security, compliance, and risk management.
• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Have a collaborative and adaptable mindset, able to work effectively with staff and students.
• Show confidence in managing IT hardware, software, and cloud-based services.Be committed to continuous professional development and keeping up with new technologies.
