The RoleAs Assistant Headteacher, you will:
• Support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in leading the school’s vision and strategic direction.
• Champion high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour.
• Lead on behaviour strategy and welfare across the school.
• Manage and support staff, including performance management and professional development.
• Contribute to school improvement planning and self-evaluation.
• Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong track record of raising standards.
• Has recent and relevant leadership experience in a primary setting.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of behaviour management and inclusive practice.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Is a collaborative leader who can inspire, motivate, and support others.
