Summary
The Best Connection Oldham are currently recruiting a Machine Operative for our client in the Ashton-Under-Lyne area.
A strong background in Machine Operation is essential to apply, along with manual dexterity skills for measuring goods, a CNC background is beneficial for transferable skills to the role.
Lots of further training on offer, so you must have a thirst to develop your skill set.

Hours - Monday-Thursday 0730-1715
Pay rate - £12.94 per hour with £19.41 on Fridays & Saturdays until 1pm, After 1pm £25.88 p/h
Responsibilities of the machine Operative Assembly a 6 axis wickman machine - training given Basic Mechanical work Machine operating Measuring components Quality Control Requirements of the Machine Operative Attention to detail. Ideally mechanically minded Strong machine background essential Recent checkable work history Repetitive duties during training period Must be able to travel to Bredbury in the future for work.

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
