Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Cosmetics Sales Consultant in Whitehaven.
Ideally, you will have experience of cosmetics and perfumes or health and beauty products and will be the kind of person who loves working with people.
Your new job:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
Welcome and greet customers.
Manage point-of-sale processes.
Keep up to date with product information.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Help out other departments when needed
About you:
Experience in cosmetic or health and beauty sales or similar.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focus.
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
Basic administration skills.
Able to work full time (5 days per week including Saturdays)
Employee benefits:
Starting wage of £12.21+ per hour
Statutory pension scheme
Permanent job – direct with the employer
35 hours per week (will include Saturdays)
28 days' holiday per year
