Summary
We're advocates for adult learning in the Adult Education Centre!
This role is 24 hours per week all year.
In this role, you will provide reception and administrative support within the AEC, for the application, enrolment and administration of learners. You will be the first point of contact in the centre for learners, customers and staff and provide reception services. You will carry out other administrative tasks relevant to the needs of the AEC team and provide operational support in the absence of the AEC Coordinator.
To apply for this role, you will need a minimum of a level 2 qualification in English and Maths, up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, experience with administrative roles and experience working with confidential data. You will need to have excellent team working skills and also be able to work unsupervised at times.
This is a fixed term contract ending July 2026.
