Summary

We are looking for a Social Worker to join as a Team Manager for the Front Door Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 year post qualified experience.

About the team:

As a Team Manager you will manage a multi-agency team that consists of social workers and first response advisors alongside partners including police, education, health and a domestic abuse advisor. The team is responsible for offering initial advice and screening requests for help and support that are made into the service, across all levels of need.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 year post qualifying needed to be considered for this role.

Previous work experience as a Team Manager is essential to succeed in this role.

It is essential to have a UK Driver's License.
