Summary
Brightwork are delighted to be supporting Snag Tights in the recruitment of the company’s Head of Buying & Merchandising. This is a full time, permanent position which is fully remote with flexible working hours available.
A critical role for the business, you will be responsible for all of Snag’s product strategy and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work closely with internal teams to create and execute product plans
• Communication with internal teams to ensure product launches are smooth and successful
• Oversee all sourcing activities
• Identify and apply trends to buying decision
• Building the Buying and Merchandising team including hiring and training new colleagues
• Other duties deemed appropriate to role
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience working within buying & merchandising
• Data driven
• Previous managerial experience and a history of building and leading teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify trends within the market and apply them to commercial decisions
• Ability to source products across several countries
