Summary
Multi Skilled Operative required for small but busy Company providing Building maintenance, shop fitting and similar services.
Desired skills include;
Plumbing to include leaking toilets, replacing flush handles, siphons & replacing taps
Decorating to include painting, wallpapering & gloss works
Basic roof repairs
Gardening
Hanging new doors
Replacing locks
Tiling
Flooring skills is an advantage.
Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Out of hours and weekend work paid as overtime. Working away is required on occasions.
You will receive a Company van, Fuel card, Uniform and Work mobile.
You will need your own tools, however specialist tools will be provided.
Driving licence a Must.
