Reception and admin duties, answering the phones greeting patients. Booking appointments and carrying out administrate duties. Excellent communication and team working skills, along with a positive attitude are essential. Computer literacy and a professional telephone manner. Experience office duties and patient, customer care is highly desirable, as is the ability to converse in Welsh.
