As a Healthcare Assistant with our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with their daily activities and promoting their overall well-being.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks.
- Administer prescribed medication under supervision.
- Support in meal preparation and feeding assistance.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Help clients with mobility aids and assistive devices.
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Skills:
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and staff.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
