Summary

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for Production Operatives to work for their client, based in Halebank in Widnes.

The business is family-run and this role has genuine opportunities for permanent contracts and progression.


The job role will include:

* Machine-operating
* Line-feeding
* Quality-checking
* Packing
* General hygiene duties
* Completion of paperwork
* Awareness of product standards / specifications
* Conducting periodical inspections
* Cleandown of machines



Applicants must have:

* Previous experience of working in a production environment
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work as part of a team to tight deadlines
* Knowledge of food hygiene and health safety

Experience of working in an FMCG, food production environment, food hygiene and GMP would be a distinct advantage.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 3pm-10pm

Pay: starts at £12.21 per hour and will be reviewed after completion of all training on site
