My client is a major consulting firm who urgently seeks a Jira SME with expertise in Atlassian tools and ITIL-based service management tooling to come in and help them on a very critical programme.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Jira SME / Architect / Engineer.
- Able to customise Jira workflows, permissions, and configurations.
- Expertise of integrating Jira with other Atlassian tools and third-party systems.
- Support ITIL-based service management processes through Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of End-to-end Jira implementations and migrations.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for Jira usage across teams.
- Support ITIL-based service management processes through Jira Service Management.
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working (once every 2 weeks likely)
