Summary
Commercial Gas Engineer
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Commercial Gas Engineer. The majority of the work will be in Nursing homes, Hotels, Residential buildings, commercial buildings, and within the leisure industry around the M4 and M5 corridors.
Ideally, candidates will be based in the Cardiff, South West Wales, or Bristol areas.
The successful candidate will earn £35,000 -£45,000 plus overtime, depending on experience.
Are you the right person for the job?
If you have/are the following, then the answer is yes!
• A full driving licence and gas qualifications are essential
• A minimum of 5 years of time served experience is required
• Candidates based within the South West of England and South Wales are preferable
• Applicants must be experienced Commercial Gas Heating Service Engineers with good diagnostic/repair skills
• Experience in press-fit pipe fitting, plumbing, and domestic installation would be an advantage!
What will your role as a Commercial Gas Engineer look like?
• Carrying out maintenance inspections, repairs, and servicing of commercial and domestic gas & general plant room equipment
• Attending reactive, diagnostic, and repair calls to domestic & commercial gas appliances and plant
• Completing associated gas certification documentation in line with industry requirements
• Emergency call-out rota system in place
