We are searching for a motivated and engaging individual to lead on the delivery of an exciting programme of employability and skills support as part of our strategic ‘Working Denbighshire’ approach to tackling poverty through sustainable employment.
The Working Denbighshire Employer & Training Relationships Manager is a key role within the Working Denbighshire structure. The role is required to provide motivational and inspirational leadership to staff to ensure the delivery of a collaborative, flexible and high quality service working in partnership with other employability projects locally, regionally and nationally as part of an integrated ‘Working Denbighshire’ approach.
This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills and experience, who has a genuine interest in developing the careers of others.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a creative and innovative approach to engagement with excellent interpersonal skills to secure employment and training focused opportunities for the citizens of Denbighshire.
