Contract: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent options available
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Overview:
A warm and welcoming primary school in Saltley is looking to appoint several Teaching Assistants to support in Reception, Year 2 and Year 4. Roles will begin in July 2025, with full-time placements from September 2025.
The Role:
You will support pupils in-class, working alongside teachers to deliver lessons, manage behaviour, and provide targeted interventions. The school has a strong pastoral focus and values its support staff highly.
Requirements:
Experience in a classroom setting (Early Years or Primary)
A calm, patient and proactive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
Relevant Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred but not essential
