Summary
As an apprentice dental nurse, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide ‘chair-side’ support to dental professionals, with the aim of delivering a high-level of patient care. Dental nurses will work in both surgery and decontamination, so this apprenticeship focuses on all aspects of clinical responsibility and duty and will provide you with the relevant qualification to apply to the General Dental Council for professional registration as a dental nurse. The main focus will be ensuring the patient has a great customer service experience at every visit as well as ensuring the effectively supported chairside to the dentist eg Fillings ,Exams (charting), aspirating scale and polishing, crown prep.

Qualifications Required
GCSE in Maths and English at grades 4 or above or equivalent.
