Job description
Unity Homes are seeking a highly motivated eager-to-learn Apprentice Personal Assistant to support our Operations Director in managing day-to-day operations and assist with other business ventures.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations director, ensuring the smooth functioning of the director's office, liaising and coordinating responses between various businesses and functions within the Unity Group, including care, property, maintenance and fleet.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career and gain valuable, first-hand business experience and mentorship in a dynamic working environment.

This role requires organisational skills and a willingness to learn and take on a broad range of responsibilities. The PA will also assist the Operations Director with responsibilities related to other business interests, providing flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Operations Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Organize and maintain files and records related to Unity’s commercial interest and business ventures, ensuring confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documentation.
Support the Operations Director in managing projects and initiatives across various business interests.
Conduct research and gather information as needed.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Operations Director.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required, including occasional administrative support to other departments such as HR, Payroll and Accounts as needed.
