Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sports Centre Assistant to join its friendly and committed team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sport and leisure who enjoys working in a community-focused environment.
In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth and safe operation of the School’s sports facilities, including supporting external hirers, pool users, and gym members to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all.
️ Key responsibilities include:
Supervising the swimming pool, gym, and sports hall
Assisting users with queries and concerns
Setting up for activities and events
Carrying out regular safety checks
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Creating a welcoming, professional environment for all users
Hours: 15 hours per week (5:00pm–10:00pm), with occasional weekend shifts
Pay: £12.21 per hour
